Beautiful hotel right next to the zoculo. You can’t get any closer! The rooms were nice but the beds weren’t the most comfortable. The bathroom had a big, glass shower and the windows opened to show us the Veranda. My favorite part was the pool. There was a shallow end to place your lawn furniture. They had a cute bar at the poolside (little pricey for the drinks), hammocks, and tables. We were lucky the pool was usually unoccupied. Laying near the pool gives you a wonderful view of the rest of Taxco. There’s also a huge veranda with even better views of the zoculo.

I recently spent six nights here for business. The location is great, the staff were amazingly helpful and nice. They are very service oriented and helped with my every request. Breakfasts are diverse and tasty. There is something for everyone, from steamed vegetables to pancakes. My only negative comment is that there is a mold problem in the room I stayed in, especially in the shower floor and window and on the AC vent. I recommended to the travel coordinator in my organisation to use this hotel again in future business trips for us. I would love to come back.

Amazing location right in the middle of everything. Rooms are good with comfortable beds and big tv. Some amenities missing. Great shower. Bathroom door a bit weird made out of glass and doesn’t close. Lots of noise from street but this is normal in the heart of the city. Walls are pretty thin and also the door lets noise through. In general a great hotel to stay to get to know the city but not for rest. Very friendly staff.

This hotel is on the main street of the historic center. It was the perfect location close to shopping, Starbucks, bakeries. The parking garage was a little further down the street though. You’ll have to walk with your luggages. The staff here was very friendly and helpful overall we enjoyed our stay.
